The German Music Database is run by a small but dedicated team of people. All members work individually to learn about various aspects of German music, and to collect information for the database which is currently being developed. In addition, each person has their own specific role in the creation of the GMDB website.

Greg Pilling - GMDB mastermind and director
- Manages website and makes sure everything goes smoothly and as planned.
- In charge of design and layout, and construction of phase 1 (current) website.
Nick Diak - GMDB's brilliant coding wizard
- Design and code a dynamic database and online applications
- Implement and maintian the database and applications.
